Suddenly at home on Tuesday, July 31, 2018 in her 59th year. Beloved wife of the late Douglas Crate. Loving mother of Nikki Wilson (Nathan), Matthew Crate (Matt) and Mark Crate (Glenna). Cherished nana of Connor, Benjamin and Gracie-Lynn.  Cherished daughter of the late Keneth Bain and Leta Bain. Treasured daughter-in-law of the late Roy Crate and the late Lois Crate. Dear sister of Kathy (Rick), Jason (Sherry) and Jeffrey (Ron) sister-in-law of Robert Crate (Nancy), Donald Crate (Vicki) and John Crate (Sally). Fondly remembered by his many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Friends are invited to join the family at Lannin Funeral Home, Smiths Falls, on Wednesday, August 8, 2018 from 11:00am until the time of Juanita`s Funeral Service in the Chapel at 1:00pm.
