To Bev and all the Belangers,
Dan was a sweet, kind, warm, funny, supportive, caring, wonderful man who would do anything for anybody; I am so sorry that we all lost him, but also so glad to have had time to know him and love him these years. He will be sorely missed, and I pray for all of you in this time of sorrow, especially my dear cousin Bev who had him with her to treasure on a daily basis.

Dear Bev, Not much left to say about the great man your husband was. As a staff at RRC, Dan was easy to work with, willing to do anything to help out and above all, adored by the Residents. Dearest Bev and loved ones
Dan’s death was so unexpected and must have devastated all of you.
Bev, you married the love of your life, but lost him too soon. Our sincerest condlences to you. Try to sustain yourself by talking about Dan and all the sweet things he had done for others in his life. When I worked with Dan, I easily recall a smiling, easy-going person who was so encouraging toward the residents.

So shocked to hear about the passing of Dan. I met Dan from his many visits to Rona. I always called him "Mr. Dan" and he would chuckle. We had many laughs together and a few pints at the golf course. He will be greatly missed. We have a deer in our yard that Dan made as well as a bench for my wife. They are and will always be treasured pieces. Sincerest condolences to Dan's family.
