DEAN, Clayton Gerald

Surrounded by family, Clayton Dean, of Smiths Falls, passed away on Sunday, August 4, 2019 at the Ottawa General Hospital.  He was 64 years of age. Loving Husband to Janet Ringer.  Cherished father of Betty Jo (Jason Graydon), Barbra, Brenda, and Clayton Jr.  Beloved and devoted grandfather of Tyler, Gavin, Spencer and Megan.  Clayton is survived by his sisters Belva (Robert North) and Shelley (Mike Currie), and his brothers Clinton (Suzanne Nadon), and Stephen (Sylvia Bisson).  Predeceased by parents Gerald and Hazel (nee Laming).  He will be lovingly remembered also by his many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Friends are invited to visit with the family at the Lannin Funeral Home, Smiths Falls, on Thursday, August 8, 2019 from 10 AM to 12 PM.  A funeral service will be held in the chapel of the funeral home at 12 PM. Interment to follow at Halladay Burial Place, Elgin, Ontario.  A Celebration of Life will take place immediately following the interment at the Elgin Community Hall.
