Heartfelt condolences Shannan and Jason, so sorry to hear of your mom's passing. I had the privilege of working with Carol for a few years before she retired, and have so many fond memories of her. Carol was kind and fair and very well respected by people who knew her. Carol was one of the best Managers I worked with and she left a special mark on the world. It was an honor and pleasure to know her. RIP dear Carol, you are missed.

I am so saddened to hear of Carol's passing. She quickly became a great friend and mentor for me throughout my career at RBC. My heart goes out to Shannan and Jason. She leaves behind a legacy. What a wonderful and caring person this world has lost. Rest in peace my dear Carol.
