Peacefully at the Smiths Falls Hospital on Saturday, November 23, 2019 at the age of 79. Dearly missed by his loving wife Norma Billings. Loving father of Diane and Pam. Proud grandfather of 6 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. Sadly missed by his sister Jacke. Predeceased by his parents Harvey and Freda Billings.
