Lee and I have so many wonderful memories of Irene and Lloyd. Holidays in Arizona, walking the beach in Texas, numerous trips to Branson, theatre tours come to mind. From clients to friends to a part of our family as well as staff. Once a month they would restock the candy for the bus tours and office and Irene continued to do so for many years on her own. I was blessed to have a wonderful friend, sister and second mother when Irene came into my life. Jim, Robert, Elizabeth, Bob, Barry, you and your families are in our thoughts and prayers.

To Irene’s family- I was saddened to hear of Irene’s passing , and am sending heartfelt condolences to you all. Irene was a longtime neighbour and special friend to my mother, Lois . They both shared a special commitment to their church and I much admired Irene’s strength through all she faced and as well her zest for truly living and keeping active as the years went on.Sending special thoughts as you cherish all the memories of your mom.

What a friend our mother had in Irene! She, Lloyd and our parents shared many enjoyable vacations together and I the opportunity to hear of their adventures to and from the airport as their personal taxi driver! She was a kind, sincere, capable, consistent and a gentle person. My condolences to her family as Irene joins those great "Group "B" members that have gone before her. Blessings from our family to yours.

Our sincere condolences to Irene's family. Truly, Irene was a lovely lady whom we knew and greatly enjoyed throughout our long association at St. John's Anglican Church. Irene and I sat beside each other in the choir for more than 20 years and I was a great admirer of her singing abilities. She has been missed since her departure to Ottawa. May she rest in peace.
