A cheque, made payable to The Ottawa Hospital Foundation, can be sent directly us at the funeral home. We will forward the cheque onto the charity, and provide a card to the family in acknowledgement. Please write "In Memory of Barb Lavier" in the memo section of the cheque. You can also visit The Ottawa Foundation Website by visiting https://ohfoundation.ca/ When asked "What inspired you to donate?", Enter that the donation is in memory of Barb Lavier.
Note: Your donation will be processed through MyTributeGift Foundation for distribution to your selected charity. Your credit card transaction record will appear as MyTributeGift Foundation. An official tax receipt for your donation will be issued by MyTributeGift Foundation.
