WHALEN, Mervon Elmer - Of Smiths Falls, passed away peacefully in his sleep at Broadview Nursing Home on Sunday, November 15, 2020 at the age of 84
Mervon, loving husband of the late Margaret. Devoted father to Randy, Scott, Cindy (Murray Kellett) Ruttan, Dennis, and Sherry (John) Ruttan. Loving poppy to 10 grandchildren and many great grandchildren. Mervon will also be lovingly remembered by his many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. He is predeceased by his daughter Karen.
Friends may pay their respects at the Lannin Funeral Home on Friday, November 20, 2020 from 6-8 PM. Interment will take place on Saturday, May 13, 2023, at 11:00am at Plum Hollow Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or a charity of your choice would be greatly appreciated. Cremation has been entrusted to the Lannin Funeral Home.
