Mary Margaret "Jean" Johnson (Nee Cassell)
Peacefully at home on Wednesday, December 09, 2020 at the age of 76. Loving wife of Bruce Johnson. Predeceased by her parents Herbert and Grace Cassell (nee Graham). Survived by her brother Brian Ethan "Toby" Cassell (Faye). Cherished mother of Tammy Hopkins, Lorie Hopkins, Sherri Lavier and Tara Johnson (Gregg Burnie). Forever missed by her grandchildren Ryan Hopkins (Lianne), Stephen Hopkins (McKenzie), Hayley Burtch (Matt), Brittany Bell (Darcy), Avery Evans (Brad), Paul Hopkins, Jerod Benoit (Jenna), Denver Lavier (Emilee), Kashtin Hopkins, Anika Johnson-Reid, Temika Johnson-Reid, Joey Reid, Bradley Reid, Kayden Burnie, Christopher Burnie and Jenika Burnie. Great grandmother of Trinity, Kaitlyn, Liam, Colby, Connor, Madilyn, Layla, Maximus, Deakin, Declyn, Brantley, Braxton, Alyssa, Brooklyn, Alyvia, Brooklyn, Emma-Lee, Bentlee, Logan, and Jace. Sadly missed by her beloved dog Chloe.
Friends may pay their respects at the Lannin Funeral Home on Sunday, December 13, 2020 from 2:00pm - 4:00pm and 6:00pm - 8:00pm. A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 14, 2020 at 11:00am in the Chapel. Interment to follow at Hillcrest Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy donations to the Lung Association would be greatly appreciated. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Lannin Funeral Home. Provincial Covid-19 restrictions require the wearing of masks inside the funeral home and graveside with social distancing required by all those not from the same household. The number of attendees may be limited due to capacity restrictions during visitations, services, and burials.
