Hamilton, Margaret Ellen of Toledo, at the age of 91, passed away peacefully at Lanark Lodge with her family by her side on Friday September 3, 2021.
Margaret, devoted wife for 62 years of the late Arnold Duncan (Pat) Hamilton, the only child of the late Jack Dodd and Ethel Dodd (Bennett). Loving mother of Wayne, William, John (Shirley), Kevin (Cornelia) and Lee. Cherished Grammy of David, Emily and Derreck. Held dear by many cousins and extended family from her parent's side, the Dodd and Lyons families. Survived by sisters-in-law Viola Lawson (late Joe), Edna Baker (Grant), Marie Hamilton (late Lorne), brothers-in-law Wilbert Hamilton, (Barbara), Garnet Hamilton (Evelyn). Pre-deceased by brothers-in-law Ken Hamilton (late Shirley), Gordon Hamilton (late Doris), Charlie Hamilton, Eric Hamilton (late Trudy), sisters-in-law Marjorie Saunders (late Reg), Irene MacMillan (late Leonard), Helen Blair (John), Elizabeth. Missed by many very dear friends, neighbours and her Anglican Parish of Kitley Church family in Newbliss.
Margaret spent her life in Kitley Township raising her family in the home where she too was raised. A very patient and caring soul loved by all who knew her for her quiet peaceful ways.
