Gord was a person who clearly stated his mind. Gord taught his family good business ethics and practices which have been taken by his family resulting in obvious success. During his retirement this has afforded Gord a great deal of pride and comfort. Cherish your memories and may time bring comfort to your heart. Carol and I offer our condolences to the Ogilvie family and with the passing of Gord, we will offer him our prayers.
Doug and Carol Brown.

Gord was such a special family friend, not only to my parents but to me as well. I'll treasure with fond memories the year I joined them in Florida with my parents. I never knew where we would be next. Webster Flee Market or a wonderful dining experience. The years of having the trailer at Kilmarnock and the number of times Gord knew just how to fix a problem. Thinking of the whole family in this very sad time.

I am sadden to read of the passing of your husband, father and grandfather. May the memories assist you in your healing. Many of my own happy memories of Gord. The best was that sandwich he gave me that Mabel made with no meat in it!!! Thinking of you all. Take care Margaret Playfair-Smyth
