Proud Veteran of 33 years service in the Canadian Armed Forces. Peacefully at the Great War Memorial Hospital, with his family by his side, on Sunday, March 15, 2015 in his 83rd year. Beloved husband of Vera. Loving father of David (Laura) and Seana (Brad). Treasured brother of Jean Poirier-Lacroix. Sadly missed by his grandchildren, great-grandchildren and nephews. Lovingly remembered by Darcia (Dave), Dana (Rick), Diane (Rick) and Darwin (Joanne) as well as their children and grandchildren. Predeceased by his first wife Joan, his daughter Sharon and her husband Michel. As per Jack's wishes cremation has taken place. A graveside service will be held at a later date.
