Obituary of Cecil Alfred Ballance

Peacefully at the Smiths Falls Hospital on Wednesday, February 15, 2023, at the age of 77. Survived by his sister-in-law Louise Ballance. Predeceased by his parents Merlin and Hazel Ballance, and his siblings Richard and Sheila. Fondly remembered by Allan Elliott, many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Friends are invited to meet with the family at the Lannin Funeral Home on Saturday, February 25, 2023, from 1:00pm till the time of the service in the Chapel at 3:00pm. Interment at Merrickville Union Cemetery will take place in Spring. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
