Obituary of Christopher William Thomas Craig

Craig, Christopher William Thomas It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Chris on Friday, March 24, 2023, at the age of 46. Beloved husband of Bobbi-Jo Craig. Forever missed by his children of Coral and Connor. Survived by his sister Sarah Craig (Tim), and his sisters-in-law Kerri McDonnell (Shaun), and Shannon McGrath (Travis). Sadly missed by his father Tom Craig (Gladys), and his mother-in-law Mary McGrath (Colin). Predeceased by his mother Brenda Craig. Fondly remembered by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Chris fought long and hard but his body couldn’t take the battle anymore. He left us Friday March 24 at the Toronto General Hospital, peacefully surrounded by his family. He is an inspiration to us, how hard he fought not only for himself but for his family. His children were the light in his eye and he was so proud of Coral and Connor. He was my best friend and soul mate. We want to thank our community, family and friends for all the support during these trying times. We would also like to thank the Nurses and Doctors at Perth and Smiths Falls District Hospital as well as Toronto General Hospital for all their care for Chris in his battle. Gone but never forgotten. As per Chris' wishes cremation has taken place. A Celebration Of Life will take place at the Royal Canadian Legion - Branch 95, Smiths Falls, on Sunday, April 02, 2023, from 12:00pm till 4:00pm. Interment to follow at a later date. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Liver Foundation, UHN Foundation (Live On), or Be-A-Donor would be greatly appreciated.
