Dear Lewis family, please accept our sincere sympathy for your loss. Kathleen was a dear neighbour and although not related, she was just like family. I have some fond memories, in particular, the row boat ride with the turkey in the roasting pan, to Grannie and Grampa's cottage on the Island on the Rideau, with your family and ours. Kathleen (a.k.a. mother) asked me to sew some clown costumes and curtains for Bev and Deb many years ago; I wasn't very good, but she made me feel worthwhile. I have never seen a better mother or wife. "Whatsoever things you do, do it with all your heart/strength." Her family, friends and neighbours will all remember her as a totally devoted wife and mother. She remains in my heart. Love to all the family. I have know your family since you moved to Sussex St. and recall a train trip to Brockville for a family picnic for the day. You have been friends for most of my life. Debbie, Bev., Kevin and all Family: Please accept my deepest sympathy for the loss of your Mom. I had the pleasure of knowing this lovely Lady for many years at Dr. Yunker's office. We met again when both of us were having eye surgery. I chatted with Mrs. Lewis, while I was apprehensive, I began to think if this lady can have this I surely could. I was then calm and peaceful. What a gift I was given! You are in my thoughts and prayers at this most difficult time. Sincerely, Marilyn.
