It is with much sadness and heartbreak to our family and my grandson Dominik we heard of Pat's passing. Our sincere condolences to Dominiks mother Robyn and all the extended family members.
Pat had a huge heart and loved her Thursday night dinner visits with Dominik. Pat went to every soccer practice and game she could manage to cheer on Dominik. Her love for him will never be forgotten. Memories are what love is made from. Patricia may you R.I.P Annette and family. God bless.
