Benoit, Mary Ellen - Of Smiths Falls, passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 25, 2023, with her husband by her side, at Broadview Nursing Home in Smiths Falls. She was in her 73rd year. Mary Ellen was the cherished wife of Jean for 25 years, daughter of the late Walter and Mary Peddle. She was dear mother to Grant, Marguerite, and Brian, grandmother of two, and loving sister of Russell and Munden. Mary Ellen will be warmly remembered by her many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends. For over 50 years, she was a pillar of her Christian community: The Way Ministry of Canada.
