Suddenly at home on Tuesday, September 05, 2023, at the age of 58. Beloved husband of Julie Salter (nee Acheson). Loving father of Emily (Brennan) Salter, and Samantha Salter. Survived by his brother James (Lisa) Salter, his mother-in-law Sheila Acheson, his sister-in-law Jacqueline (David) Murphy, and his brother-in-law Scott (Lorie) Acheson. Predeceased by his parents Keith and Louise Salter, and his father-in-law John Acheson. Fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephew, extended family and friends.
Friends are invited to meet with the family at the Lannin Funeral Home on Wednesday, September 13, 2023 from 11:00am till the time of the memorial service in the Chapel at 2:00pm. Interment to follow at Hillcrest Cemetery. A Celebration Of Life will take place immediately following the Interment at the Royal Canadian Legion - Branch 95, Smiths Falls. As expressions of sympathy donations to Diabetes Canada or the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Lannin Funeral Home.
