Peacefully at Capital Care Norwood in Edmonton Alberta, on Friday, April 25, 2014 in his 56th year. Survived by his sister Debbie and brother Len. predeceased by his parents Ralph and Wilma Baker. Fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews, extended relatives and friends.
As per Doug's wishes there will be no visitation. A Celebration of Doug's Life will be held at the Smiths Falls Civitan Club on Thursday, May 8, 2014 from 1 - 4PM. As expressions of sympathy donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Lannin Funeral Home, Smiths Falls.
