Peacefully at the Smiths Falls Hospital on Wednesday, May 27, 2015 in her 76th year. Beloved wife of Robert McNamara. Loving mother of Brian Schlievert, Joanne (Shane Barr) and Todd Volk. Step-mother of Glen (Wendy) McNamara, Linda (Kirk) Halladay and Laurie Lemax. Dear Grandmother of Jonathon Barr and step-grandmother of Matt and Joey Halladay, Tim and Ainsley McNamara. Devoted sister of Wilbur (Joan) Hughes, Eileen (Kenneth) Baker, and Donald (Leona) Hughes. Predeceased by her first husband George Schlievert (1987), second husband Raymond Volk (2001), infant son Stephen Schlievert , step-son Dan McNamara, sister Eleanor Hall, and by her parents William (Mary) Hughes. Fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Friends are invited to visit with the family at the Lannin Funeral Home, Smiths Falls on Friday, May 29, 2015 from 2-4 and 6-8PM. A Funeral Service will take place at Trinity United Church, Smiths Falls on Saturday, May 30, 2015 at 2 o'clock.
