Peacefully at the Ottawa Civic Hospital on Thursday, August 13, 2015 in her 67th year. Loving sister of Heather Lodge (the late David). Cherished aunt of Chris and Rob (Sara). Predeceased by her parents George and Mae. Sadly missed by many aunts, uncles, and cousins. Fondly remembered by her many wonderful and supportive friends. Many thanks to the doctors, nurses, and staff of the Neuro Acute Care Unit, the 7th floor and ICU of the Ottawa Civic Hospital, as well as the staff of Saint Vincent's Hospital. A special thank you to Dr. Ghinda, to ICU nurse Lorie and Kelly from the Trillium Gift of Life Network for their guidance, compassion and support. Friends are invited to visit with the family at Lannin Funeral Home, Smiths Falls, on Tuesday August 18, 2015 from 5 to 8 PM. A Memorial Service will take place at Christ Church, Burritts Rapids, on Wednesday, August 19 at 1:30 PM.
