I was saddened to learn that Ray had passed away this weekend. I remember working with Ray during our early days in this area (1950s & 60s). In often dangerous winter conditions, we built many docks on the Rideau Lake. Ray was a hard worker, a good friend and neighbour. My wife Gerrie and I extend our sincere sympathy to the Riley family.
