Joyce was such nice lady, I knew her when I was growing up on Fourth Street. She always had something nice to say to me, wherever we met, at a yard sale , walmart or just out walking her dogs. She is truly going to missed. I am glad I had the pleasure of knowing her. My Heart goes out to all of her family.
