With his family at his side, Walter Talbot Trafford passed away peacefully at the Perth Community Care Centre on Monday March 15, 2010. Age 83 years. Beloved husband of the late Helen Trafford (Nee Robertson). Beloved father of Barry (Marilyn) and the late Brent. Cherished and loved grandpa of Shawn and John. Great grandpa to Kolbie Trafford. Brother of George (Bonita) Trafford, Hazel (Golden) Proulx. Brother-in-law to Rita (late Fred) Trafford, Clarence (late Marion) Raycraft, Addie (late Jack) Cowling, Betty (late Ken) Robertson. Predeceased by his sisters Delia, Jean, Dorothy, Edna and brothers William, Eric, Manford and Ronald, his brother-in-law Frank (Isabelle) Robertson, sister-in-law Dorothy (Allen) Baker. Friends may call at the Lannin Funeral Home, Smiths Falls for visitation on Wednesday March 17, 2010 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM. Funeral Service will be held in the chapel at 11 AM on Thursday March 18, 2010. Interment at Hillcrest Cemetery. Donations in memory of Walter to the Perth Community Care Centre or Muscular Dystrophy would be appreciated.
