Peacefully at the Smiths Falls Hospital on Monday March 29, 2010. Denis Claxton of Merrickville, owner and operator of Claxton Small Craft, in his 80th year. Predeceased by his mother Elizabeth Claxton and devoted aunt Margaret Anders. Survived by his brother Patrick (Dorothy) of Erie Pennsylvania and his family, cousin Ruth Shearlaw (Derek) of Toronto and her family. Denis will also be missed by his Cousin and Best Friend Harry Anders (Pat) of Merrickville and his family. He will also be mourned by numerous nieces, nephews and extended Family.
