Suddenly at the Kingston General Hospital on April 20th, 2010. Agnes Iverna (Vernie) Ferguson in her 67th year. Predeceased by her parents Annie and Boyne Ferguson, Husband Eldon (Al) Farrell and her son Mark Farrell. Beloved mother and best friend to Gerry Farrell (Janice), Gib Ferguson (Rachel), Sandra Bernicky (Dan) and Vincent. Loving sister to Helen Hunter, Jean Hogan (Ernie), Eileen Grey, Alex Ferguson (Brenda) and Vina Saunders. Adored nanna to her grandchildren Kristy Ferguson, Ryan and Brandon Bernicky. Cherished great grandmother to a precious baby boy who will join our family in July. Remembered always as a wonderful sister-in-law to Stan Farrell (Dot), Fran Crawford (Keith), Dora Francis (Ken), Doreen Henderson (Francais), Bill Farrell (Monica), Betty Stewart (Sandy) and Dennis Farrell (Rena). She is predeceased by her brother and sister Milton Ferguson and Bertha Johnston, her Sister-in-laws Marion Farrell, Meron Ferguson, and Marg Farrell, Betty Farrell, and her brother-in-laws Ted Farrell, Ross Saunders, George Grey, Rau Johnston and William Hunter. Iverna will also be remembered by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family. Friends may call at Lannin Funeral Home, Smiths Falls for visitation on Friday April 23, 2010 from 2-4 and 7-9 PM and again on Saturday April 24, 2010 from 10 AM to 12 PM. Funeral Service to be held in the chapel on Saturday at 12 PM. Interment Hillcrest Cemetery. Donations in memory of Iverna to the Kingston General Hospital Auxiliary would be appreciated.
