Peacefully at the Broadview Nursing Centre on Sunday October 10, 2010. Dorothy Evoy, age 91 years. Beloved wife of the late Wilbert Evoy. Loving mother of Marlene Advani (Lachman) of Ottawa and Patricia Pennett (Robert) of Kanata. Devoted grandmother of Douglas Pennett (Lori) of Smiths Falls and Carolyn Pennett of Kanata. Dearly loved BaBa of Jennifer and Heather Pennett. Dorothy is survived by her sister Pauline Raymond of Ottawa and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her brother Joseph and her sisters Annie Pastien, Marion Rockburn and Helen Torkot. In celebration of Dorothys life, a Funeral Mass will be held at St. Francis De Sales Catholic Church, 17 Elmsley St. Smiths Falls at 11 AM on Thursday October 14, 2010. Interment at Hillcrest Cemetery. Donations on behalf of Dorothy can be made to a charity of your choice. Heartfelt thanks to the staff of Broadview Nursing Centre for the great care and kindness shown during Dorothys stay.
