Peacefully at the Smiths Falls Hospital on Sunday October 10, 2010 Gerald Joseph Dean, age 79 years. Son of the late Albert and Nellie Dean. Predeceased by ex wife Hazel. Beloved father of Belva (Bob North), Clayton (Janet), Clinton (Sue), Stephen and Shelly(Mike). Brother to Elaine (Calvin Dick), Charlie (Arlene), George, Gary (Ann), Joy ( Hilt Livingston), Fondly remembered by his 21 grand children, 26 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren. Gerald will always be in our hearts. Friends may call at Lannin Funeral Home, Smiths Falls for visitation on Friday October 15, 2010 from 11 AM to 1 PM. A Funeral Service will be held in the chapel on Friday at 1 PM. Interment Halladay Cemetery, Elgin. Donations in memory of Gerald to a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
