Peacefully at Broadview Retirement Lodge on Friday, September 2, 2016 in her 94th year. Beloved wife of the late James Fourney. Loving mother of Judithe Blank (Lee), Margaret Mitchell, Joyce Salisbury (Ray Burrell), Alan Fourney (Louise), Peter Fourney (Lorina) and James Fourney (Joanne). Cherished grandmother of 17 and great-grandmother of 21. Dear sister of Ralph Delong. Predeceased by her parents Harris and Alice Delong as well as her brother Bert Delong. Fondly remembered by her many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Friends are invited to join the family at the Royal Canadian Legion - Branch 95, 7 Main Street East, Smiths Falls, from 12 noon until 2 pm for a Celebration of Muriel's life. Remembrances and memories will be shared at 1 o'clock.
