Our heartfelt wishes to all of the family. I will miss stopping in to see your dad when i go to Merrickville, his house was always a "must visit" over the past few years. It was a tough illness and time just came for him to join your mother. Our condolences to you all, especially for Ann, and I am so glad you were able to be there with everyone and not so far away at home. Our love and prayers are with you all at this difficult time.

I pass along my condolences to the Hudson family. Although I did not have the pleasure of meeting Lorn, I felt I knew him well. I have heard many great stories about him from his daughter Julia, whom I am grateful to have as a friend. May everyone in life be granted their last 'turkey dinner' wish, as did Lorn.

When it comes to neighbours, Mr. Hudson, as he was known to all the kids on Rideau St. was the best. He was always there to help when needed. My sympathies go out to all of you. He sure put up a good fight against a terrible disease. He will be greatly missed and always remembered.
