Peacefully with his family at his side at the Smiths Falls District Hospital on Thursday May 19, 2011 Gerald Bowles age 89 years. Beloved Husband of Doreen Bowles. Loving Father of Heather (Jim Craig), Brian (Carol). Devoted Grandfather of Christopher Craig (Krista) David Craig and April Craig. Great grandfather to Alicia and Austin Craig. Dear brother of Vera Kerr. Predeceased by his first wife Joyce and brothers Art Bowles, Bill Bowles. Sisters Doris Jones, Pat Urquhart (John) and Mildred Lang (Harvey) Friends may call at the Lannin Funeral Home Smiths Falls on Monday May 23, 2011 from 2-4 and 6-8 PM. A Funeral Service will be held at the Lannin Funeral Home Chapel Tuesday May 24, 2011 at 2PM. Donations in Memory of Gerald can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Diabetes Association.
