Gerald passed away peacefully at the Broadview Nursing home on November 13, 2011. Born in Smiths Falls to the late William and Margaret (nee Conlin) Code on December 22, 1920. Gerald was the husband of the late Mary Code (nee Mayhew). They shared 63 years together. He leaves behind his son Oliver (Carol) of Nepean. He will be missed by his grandchildren Cindy Wendler (Michael), Scott (Romina) Code and great grandchildren Owen, Sienna and Henry. Friends may call at the Lannin Funeral Home, Smiths Falls on Wednesday November 16, 2011 from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. A Celebration of Life will be held in the chapel on Thursday November 17, 2011 at 11 AM. Interment Hillcrest Cemetery. Donations in memory of Gerry to the Smiths Falls Legion Branch 95 would be appreciated.
