Peacefully at Smiths Falls Hospital on Friday February 3, 2012. Gordon Francis Burchill, age 74 years. Beloved husband of Helen Burchill (nee Allington). Loving father of Cheryl Durant (Tim) and Scott Burchill. Cherished grandfather of Robert Durant (Angie Meraw) and Amber Durant. Predeceased by his brother Glen Burchill and baby sister. Survived by his uncle Donald of Portland and aunt Cora of Easton Corners. Dear son-in-law of Mary Allington, brother-in-law of Susan Burchill and William Allington. Gordon will also be remembered by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family. A Celebration of Life will take place at the Holy Trinity Anglican Church, Merrickville on Wednesday February 8, 2012 at 11AM.
