McMANUS, Robert Leo 83 years, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 28, 2012 at the Smiths Falls Hospital. Loving husband of Aileen McManus. Beloved father of Tamara (Joe Bowick) and Gregory (Lisa). Devoted grandfather of Ashley (Andy Griffith), Emily, and Danika Bowick; and Moira, Wyatt, Declan, Isaac, and Alison McManus. Great grandfather of Cohen, Ayla, and Marley. Dear brother of predeceased sisters Viola and Dorothy; survived by brother Michael (Debbie). Leo retired as an operator with Ontario Hydro. Leo was an active member of the youth sports community (hockey and baseball) in Smiths Falls. Leo was an avid gardener and totally devoted to serving his family. Friends may call at Lannin Funeral Home & Chapel, 32 Main Street East, Smiths Falls on Thursday March 29 from 7-9 p.m. A celebration of Leo's life will be held in the chapel on Friday March 30, 2012 at 11 a.m. Pastor Greg McManus officiating.
