Peacefully at the Perth Community Care Centre on Wednesday April 18, 2012. John Stanley McCormick in his 95th year. John was the Loving partner of Margaret Holder. Loved and respected father of the late Bill (Rose), Gord (Judie), Jim (Rosemary) and step-daughter Andrea. Cherished grandpa to Cindy (Wayne), Janet (Bill), Cheryl (Steve), Judy (Greg), Bob (Kathy), Scott (Nathalie), Joe (Shannon), Johnny (Tracy), Holly (Dan), Sarah (John) and several great grandchildren. Step-grandfather to Erin and Alissa. Predeceased by his grandson David and step-grandson Stephen. Special friend to Lois Weedmark. Friends may call at the Lannin Funeral Home, Smiths Falls on Sunday April 22, 2012 from 6-8 PM and again Monday April 23, 2012 from 10-11 AM. A Celebration of Life will take place in the chapel at 11 Am on Monday. Interment Hillcrest Cemetery. Donations in memory of John to the Perth Community Care Centre would be appreciated.
