Loving mother of Rosemary Thorne (Terry), Cheryl Landry (Robert) and Brent Kerr (Donna). Cherished grandmother of Shannon (Erik)Nielsen, Travis & Brandon Landry, Dustin Kerr (Ashley), Derek Kerr (Erin) and Tyler Kerr (Kaylee). Great grandmother of Brielle, Braden, Emily and Avery. Dear sister of Helen Scace (Les), Edward McParlan (Bernadette),Jim McParlan (Cecile) and sister-in-law of Anne Ashton and Frank Kerr. Predeceased by 7 brothers and sisters. Josie is going to be missed by her dear friend and care giver Joyce Kennedy as well as numerous nieces nephews and extended family. Friends may call at the Lannin Funeral Home, Smiths Falls on Wednesday May 30, 2012 from 2-4 PM and 7-9 PM. A Mass will take place at the St. Francis De Sales Catholic Church to celebrate the life of Josie on Thursday May 31, 2012 at 10 AM. Interment at St. Bridget’s Cemetery, Stanleyville. Donations in memory of Josie to the Children’s Wish Foundation or the Alzheimer’s Society would be appreciated.
