Peacefully at the Ottawa Civic Hospital on Saturday June 2, 2012. Beloved husband of Jeannine Adam (nee Gaudet). Loving father of Ian Adam (Diane), Brian Adam (Holly), Brenda Adam (Brian Kauk) and predeceased by son Ross Adam. Cherished grandfather of Jason, Lindsay, Dana, Chet, Tristyn and Adam. Great grandfather of Kaden, Connor and Darcy. Dear brother of Alvena Hebert (Marcel), Frank Adam (Mona) and the late John Adam (Simone). Jim will be missed by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family. The family would like to thank the Ottawa Civic ICU for their generous care and consideration for Jim. Friends may call at the St. John’s Evangelist Church hall for visitation on Friday June 8, 2012 from 12 - 2 PM. A Celebration of Life will then take place in the Church at 2 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Smiths Falls Lions Club or the Lanark County Alzheimer’s Society would be appreciated.
