Wynn; Gloria Ilean (McEwen) Passing over peacefully with her family by her side on the evening of June 11, 2012. Gloria Ilean at the age of 67 fought many battles & prevailed like a trooper. She was born October 6, 1944 in Smiths Falls & lived most of her life in the area around her family. Predeceased by her parents Stanley & Kathleen (Kay) Preece & Beulla McEwen, as well as her son Donald Preece. She will be greatly missed and forever loved by her children Rosanne (Jeff) Laming of Jasper, Sherry Dean of Smiths Falls, Penny (Art) Lee of Lanark and Matthew (Jennifer) Elliott of Smiths Falls. Cherished grandmother of James & Nicholas Dean, Amber-Lynn (Marc Jomphe) & Brittany Bowden, Christopher & Chantelle Lee, Coral, Hayley & Livia Elliott and Haydn & Holly Coughlin. Great grandmother of Ava & Dominic Jomphe. Dear sister of Dennis Preece, Diane (Karl) Jackson, Doug (Donna) Preece, Pearl Halliday and Allan (Sylvia) Preece. Gloria will be missed by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family. Friends may call at the Lannin Funeral Home, Smiths Falls on Friday June 15, 2012 from 11 AM until a Celebration of Life in the chapel at 1 PM.
