Peacefully at the Brockville General Hospital on Tuesday June 12, 2012. Douglas Arthur Cole in his 80th year. Predeceased by his parents William & Olive Cole and his wife Betty Devitt. Beloved partner of Claire Topping. Dear brother of Ron (Sandra) Cole and brother-in-law of Jane Coligan and Ruth McTavish. Predeceased by his brother Lloyd (Marion), Wilfred (Edie), Ken (Edith), Cecil, Eric and by his sisters Gertie (Wobby), Myrtle (Oral), Phyllis (Don), Isabel (Francis) and Kathleen (George). Cherished uncle to many nieces and nephews with much love and respect. As per Doug’s request, a private Grave side service will take place at Hillcrest Cemetery at a later date.
