Just heard the sad news. Thelma (and Earl) played a big role in my childhood (and that of my brothers too) - they were our neighbours and friends. They are thought of often and fondly.

I knew Earl and Thelma all my life and have enjoyed many Saturday nights at their home with my family in Merrickville. Thelma will be missed by many in the community. Our hearts and prayers go out to the family at this sad time.

To The Family of Thelma, I did not know Thelma personally but my dad, Keith Camelon Sr. spoke often of Thelma and had only good things to say about her. I have several pictures of Thelma & Earl in our family albums. My sincere condolences.
