Leila Coughler (nee Payne) of Kemptville, Ontario, age 96, passed away in Napanee on Monday, October 24, 2016. A Private family graveside service will take place at the South Gower Cemetery on October 29, 2016. As expressions of sympathy donations to any charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Lannin Funeral Home, Smiths Falls.
