I want to extend sincere sympathy to the family of the late Kenneth Titus upon learning today of his passing. Having grown up in Bloomfield, N.B I well remember the Titus family who lived on the farm near the school where we all attended back in the '40's. Ken was a few years older than I, so I was somewhat better aquainted with his younger siblings..Joyce, Doug, and Libby who was much younger. One memory I have of Ken is the day his Dad (Frank) took us fishing. I think I was about 14 and Ken was maybe 19 or 20. His Dad loved to fish (it was early in May) and so we drove away out to Little Salmon River near St. Martins, and after driving miles on an old logging road and then walking what seemed like another 5 miles we found this lovely little stream, and what a great string of fish we caught that day! For a kid who had never had much luck fishing, that was a day I will never forget. And so to Ken's wife Beverly and family, and to Ken's sisters and brother, I offer my thoughts and prayers for you at this time of loss and memorial. - Innis McCready, Rothesay, N.B.
