Peacefully at home on Friday, May 17, 2013 in her 73rd year. Beloved mother of Steven, Pamela, Mark, Lianne and Sheila. Wonderful grandmother to 8 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. Loving daughter to the late Leona Bennett and Fred Thornhill. Dear sister to 11 siblings. Shirley will be sadly missed by all family and friends. She will forever hold a place in our hearts. Friends may visit with the family at Lannin Funeral Home, Smiths Falls on Saturday, May 25, 2013 from 10:00 am until time of funeral service in the chapel at 11 o'clock.
