Peacefully with her family by her side at Smiths Falls hospital on Sunday, June 30, 2013 in her 67th year. Beloved wife of Don Hoy. Loving mother to Kelly Ann. Predeceased by her parents Lorne and Reta (nee Hutchins) Lackie. Dear sister of Doris (John Eyre), Patricia Lackie (Stephen Williams), Brian (Patti Lackie). Fondly remembered by her nieces and nephews Julie, David, Daniel, Stephanie, Jason, Leslie, Bradley, Andrew, Marc, Eric, Marie. Also, her great-nieces and nephews Sarah, John, Noah, Kajsa, Emilie and Alexi. The family would like to thank Dr. Carolyn Faught and her team, Ottawa General Hospital, Dr. Raphael Shew, Smiths Falls, as well as the Doctors, Staff and Nurses of the Smiths Falls Hospital's I.C.U for their wonderful and compassionate care.
