To Earl's Family, My brother Doug and I remember your Dad from days spent on the Fleming farm many years ago. He was such a pleasant man with an ever present smile on his face and the ability to make others smile as well by his quick wit and funny pranks he played on people. Sorry to hear of Earl's passing. I enjoyed seeing him lots of times across James Street when I was at Grandpa & Grandma Wood's house. Earl was always so helpful and pleasant to deal with at the electrical business too. Sorry I was unable to make the visitation in person.

Uncle Earl - a very special man to so many people. I always enjoyed our conversations and will always remember your wit and sense of humour - and your legendary suit jacket. I've never met anyone (even my husband) who loved ice cream more! I always felt a special connection to you - as you knew my Nana well, and she left us so early. When I was with you, I felt like she was there too. Kindred spirits. May you always laugh, always be with family, and never run out of ice cream!
