It is with a broken heart I write this, Kathy. I can’t imagine the sorrow your family feels right now, but I can see it in Kameron’s eyes and feel it in my heart. The world is sad with you gone, but celebrating the legacies you leave behind. I know I had my goodbyes but it still doesn’t feel real. You may have lost your battle to cancer, but you still kicked its ass; you showed Cancer who is boss!! I can see some of you in Kameron and beyond my tears it warms my heart to know that we have a piece of you in her. Your bond with her will forever be cherished. I promise to tell her any stories I have of you that she may not remember, and to keep you alive in our home. I am proud of the woman you were and your strength is something many of us could only wish to have. We could all only be so lucky to have had you in our lives. I will always remember our deep talks, all the way to you and kam gardening out front when she was so little. You were like a mom to so many of us as teenagers and you will always be remembered. You were an amazing friend, mom and grandmother. Love you always xo My deepest condolences to the Botham/Lambert family.
