Marlene and Lynn: Growing up as a neighbour of your Mom and Dad, I remember wonderful times at the farmhouse in Rosedale. The kindness of your family and get togethers will always remain in my thoughts. Your dad always called me Pattie (which I simply adored )and I will always remember him for calling me that name as no other person had done before. Sixty years later, I still remember the special times and everlasting memories of family get together's and sharing lots of laughter. Our families shared everlasting memories that remain etched in a special place in my heart forever. After speaking to you Lynn you mentioned to me that you thought of my family as (family) and that comment made me feel so special. I light a Candle in Remembrance of your Dad and in Honour of the Family. ~Al and Patricia Moore (nee Westley)

I wish to express my condolences to the family.I have memories of helping ROY on the farm in the early sixties,(planting and harvesting crops),driving his big yellow MINNEAPOLIS MOLINE tractors, what fun it was. I will never forget those days. JAMES L. CRAIG
My sincere sympathy to the family.. My earliest memory of Roy was in the late 1940's ,. One time Roy was at our farm putting new parts on my dads threshing machine... I had saved up enough money ($25.00) to buy a new bicycle, Roy lent my dad his truck to go to town & get my new bike.. I never forgot his kindness.. Russell Joynt
