December 3, 1924 Cochrane, Ontario - August 25, 2014 Perth, Ontario in her 90th year. Loved and respected mother of Bill (Stacey) Crate and Diane (Steven) Hull. Mom will be sadly missed. Donna was a generous, loved and devoted grandmother of Jonathan (Cynthia) Hull, Kimberley (Chris) Van Zeyl and Emily Crate (Scott Brittain). She was so happy to be with her great-grandchildren Finley and Owen Hull. Fondly remembered by her sisters Betty Muir and Buddy Reid, as well as her nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Predeceased by her cherished husband Gerald Watson (Watty) Crate, her parents Daisy and Percy Drinkwater, her brother James Drinkwater and her sisters Doreen Carr and Margaret Drinkwater. Donna's family truly has had special times and wonderful memories of their mother. Honouring Donna's request there will be a graveside service for family and friends at Hillcrest Cemetery on September 5, 2014 at 12 Noon.
