Peacefully at the Smiths Falls Hospital on Tuesday, December 20, 2016 in her 89th year. Beloved wife of the late Anthony "Larry" Lalonde. Loving mother of Peter (the late Linda Moore) and Margaret (John Sullivan). Special Nanny of Rhonda (Kevin Denton) and George (Jonie). Dear great-Nanny of Cody (Jess) and Amber. Dear sister of Margaret Yellen (the late Hobart). Predeceased by her parents Annie and Peter McDonald and by her sisters Ellen (Graydon Hamilton), Annabelle (Andy Pepper), Rita, Ina (Richard). Ida will be fondly missed by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Friends may visit with the family at the Lannin Funeral Home, Smiths Falls on Friday, December 23, 2016 from 10:00am - 12:00 noon. A Funeral Mass will take place at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church on Friday, December 23, 2016 at 12:30pm.
