I worked with Charlie in 1973 when we tried him on the bliss program and in later years as well. He was so sunny and smiling, I liked him very much. I'm sure the Mills will miss him.
I am so sad to learn of Charlie's passing. I worked with him for several years at RRC. He was always pleasant, happy and eager to help out. Whenever he went somewhere he almost ran to get to the destination. So sorry for your loss.
